Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING :

1. Free shipping on all orders above INR 1495.
2. A flat charge of Rs.60 will be added for orders below INR 1499.
3. Orders are dispatched within 2 days after the amount is reflected. Shipping of the same takes 4 - 7 business working days; meaning Saturday and Sunday don't count toward the transit time.
4. Public holidays and festive season are also taken into account when calculating the transit time.
5. Shipping products pan India only.
6. As we rely on our delivery/courier partners for delivery of products; certain pin codes/area may not be serviceable or may require to be charged an additional amount. Please check with us for the same.
7. For all the orders which come return due to any following mentioned reasons,All sales are final.

RETURNS :

We at Ichkan take a keen interest and care in crafting and delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

As a policy, Ichkan does not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition. If an incorrect product has been delivered (i.e product/articles don't match the item in the order confirmation), or if the product received has a genuine manufacturing/quality defect, we will be able to provide a Replacement for the same. However if the offer for a replacement is denied by the client then we will only be able to give Store Credits i.e 1 Year Validity which is redeemable only for online orders.

All pictures uploaded on the website are clicked under natural sunlight and no special lighting effects or editing softwares are used.

We request you to carefully look into the product specifications that are mentioned and see if the furniture you wish to order fits into your desired spaces.
