  • While we ship across India, some pin codes may be non-serviceable or may require additional charges. Please contact us for confirmation.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or other reasons beyond our control, the sale is considered final.

Returns & Replacements

At ICHKAN, we take great care in crafting and delivering high-quality products. As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on correctly delivered products.

However, we provide a replacement in cases where:

  • The product received is incorrect (does not match the order confirmation).
  • The product has a genuine manufacturing defect or quality issue.

If a replacement is declined by the customer, we will issue store credit (valid for 1 year), redeemable for online purchases only.
