Shipping

  • We offer free shipping on all orders across India.
  • Orders are dispatched within 3 days of placement. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Delivery timelines may be affected during festive seasons or due to unforeseen delays.
  • While we ship across India, some pin codes may be non-serviceable or may require additional charges. Please contact us for confirmation.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or other reasons beyond our control, the sale is considered final.

Returns & Replacements

At ICHKAN, we take great care in crafting and delivering high-quality products. As a policy, we do not offer returns (refund) or exchanges on correctly delivered products.

However, we provide a replacement in cases where:

  • The product received is incorrect (does not match the order confirmation).
  • The product has a genuine manufacturing defect or quality issue.

If a replacement is declined by the customer, we will issue store credit (valid for 1 year), redeemable for online purchases only.

 

Please note that we do not offer refunds or accept returns once an order has been placed. All sales are final.
We encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

For Damaged and Defective Products:

If you receive a defective, damaged, quality issue or incorrect product, you may request a replacement within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Replacement products will be delivered within 7 business days.

  • If a replacement is declined by the customer, store credit will be issued instead.
  • This credit is valid for 1 year and can be redeemed for online purchases only.
  • The store credit will be reflected in your account within 48 hours.
